Yes β€” this is our specialty. We haul your travel trailer to the Gorge Amphitheater, place it in your designated campsite, and have it fully set up before you arrive. You don't touch the trailer until you walk in the door.
Not at all. Our Gorge delivery service is completely beginner-friendly. We handle all towing, site placement, leveling, and setup. A team member meets you at the campsite to walk you through how everything operates. No RV experience needed.

πŸš› RV Delivery & Setup at the Gorge

When we deliver your RV to the Gorge campground:
  • The trailer is placed in your designated campsite
  • The unit is fully leveled
  • Slides are extended
  • The generator is connected (if applicable)
  • The RV is ready for you to walk straight in
We make it easy:
  • We pin your RV's exact location and send it to you
  • We photograph nearby landmarks and reference points
  • You'll walk straight to your unit without hunting around
Yes. A Central WA RV Rentals team member will typically meet you at your site, walk you through the RV, and show you how all the systems work. If anything comes up during your stay, we're a phone call away.

⚠️ Important Policies & Fees

Yes β€” the Gorge Amphitheater may charge a $100 early delivery fee for access before standard hours. If this applies to your event it is passed directly to the renter. We'll let you know in advance so there are no surprises.
πŸ’‘ Confirm your campsite check-in time with the Gorge directly so we can coordinate the best delivery window.
No. Your Gorge camping pass must be purchased separately through the venue when you buy your event tickets. We handle the RV β€” you handle the campsite reservation.
⚠️ Camping passes at the Gorge often sell out quickly. Purchase yours as soon as they become available.

❄️ Cooling, Power & What to Expect

RV refrigerators typically take 8–24 hours to reach full operating temperature β€” they work differently than a home fridge. Keep the door closed as much as possible when you first arrive, and pack a small cooler with ice for items you need cold immediately.
RV AC systems work differently from home central air β€” they take time to cool the space and are affected by outside temperature and sun exposure. That said:
  • Keep doors and windows closed when AC is running
  • AC works best during cooler morning and evening hours
  • During peak afternoon heat it keeps things comfortable β€” and is infinitely better than a tent
πŸ’‘ The Gorge runs hot in summer. Even imperfect AC beats 95Β° in a tent.

⚑ Power, Generator & Water

Most Gorge camping is dry camping (no electrical hookups). Your power comes from:
  • The RV's onboard batteries
  • A generator, if included or added on
Ask about our generator add-on when booking β€” highly recommended for multi-day events.
  • Limit AC use β€” run it to cool down, then let the RV hold the temperature
  • Turn off lights when you leave the RV
  • Avoid running multiple high-draw appliances at once
  • Use a generator during peak hours if available
Yes on both counts. Each RV is filled with fresh water before delivery and the bathroom is fully usable throughout your rental. Tank capacity is limited β€” use water and the toilet thoughtfully on longer stays to avoid running out.

🧹 Cleanliness & Care

We ask for basic cleanliness β€” not a deep clean. Before pickup please:
  • Take out all trash (garbage bags are your responsibility)
  • Wipe up any spills
  • Leave the RV in the general condition you found it
Cleaning supplies (spray, dish soap, broom) are included in every unit.

πŸ‘₯ RV Sizes & Choosing the Right Unit

It varies by unit. We have RVs that sleep a couple and larger trailers for families or groups of 6–8. Browse our fleet for current availability and sleeping capacity, or contact us and we'll help you choose.
Give us a call or send a message β€” we're happy to match you with the right unit based on:
  • How many people are in your group
  • The length of your event (single night vs. multi-day festival)
  • Comfort preferences (bunk beds for kids, more living space, etc.)
If you're bringing multiple RVs for a group, we've done that too β€” just let us know.
